Outdoor space of 470m2 with private pool (5x4m), built in barbecue, sheltered veranda and terrace with mountain views. Parking. The 150m2 internal space consists of a dining room with fireplace and tv on the ground floor and a spacious living room with sofa bed on the floor above. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and washing machine. You will find 2 double bedrooms (140 x 200cm beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm), 2 single bedrooms (90 x 190cm beds), 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Free Wifi. Optional heating: 50 €/week. Youth groups accepted on request. Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.

Rules and special deposit for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client’s departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
